    First Edition, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper

    First edition, first impression.

    In the original unclipped dust wrapper. 

    An intriguing novel by J. B. Priestley, a social panorama of London, seen from the point of view of one street - Angel Pavement. 

    This novel was published after Priestley's best known work 'The Good Companions'.

    Condition

    In the original publisher's cloth binding, in the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, smart, with some light marks to the boards and spine. Spots to the endpapers. Dust wrapper is a little edge worn with neat repairs to the reverse. Wraps are age-toned with some spots, with a tide mark to the reverse of the wrap. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
