Volume I, A To Beatty (1930) has eight colour plates. Volume II, Beaucaire to Cataract (1930) has four colour plates and folding maps. Volume III, Catarrh to Diophantus (1930) has three colour plates and folding maps. Volume IV, Dioptrics to Freistadtl (1930) has nine colour plates and folding maps. Volume V, Frejus to Humboldtia (1930) has five colour plates and folding maps. Volume VIII, Penobscot to Saco (1933) has seven colour plates and folding maps. Volume IX, Sacrament to Teignmouth (1930) has nine colour plates and folding maps.

Condition
In half morocco bindings and blue cloth boards. Externally, very smart. There is some very slight bumping to the heads and tails of the spines and to the extremities. There are some light markings to some of the boards. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean with the occasional spot.
