A collection of stories featuring the much beloved character Christopher Robin, taken from the works 'When We Were Very Young', 'Now We Are Six', 'Winnie-the-Pooh', and 'The House at Pooh Corner'. Illustrated with many in-text illustrations. Written by A. A. Milne, who is well known for his creation of the character of the teddy bear Winnie-the-Pooh. Illustrated by Ernest H. Shepard, an English artist who is known for his illustrations of anthropomorphic animals. Eight pages of publisher's adverts to the rear.
In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. Only minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Just a few light marks to the boards and spine. A few light spots to the fore edge. Bookseller's label to the front pastedown. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean with only a couple of light spots.
