This volume is the third of a group which study the direction of man's efforts for the attainment of material ends. The first volume being Principles of Economics and the second Industry and Trade.

In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, lovely with some light bumping to the head and tail of the spine. With a university of Edinburgh library bookplate to the front pastedown and front board. Previous owner inscription to the title page. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
