Original Binding

This work is a combination of four pieces of writing originally published in Punch Magazine prior to his Winnie-The-Pooh series. Comprising of : The Day's Play, Once a Week, The Holiday Round, and The Sunny Side. The first edition. Lacking original dustwrapper. A A Milne was an English author, best known for his works about teddy bear Winnie-The-Pooh as well as for his poems.

Condition

In a full cloth binding. Externally, smart with bumping to the extremities and to the head and tail of spine. Light rubbing to the joints. spine has faded. Small stain to the spine at the rear joint. A few marks to boards. Slight offsetting to half-title page. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright with just the odd spot. Publisher's catalogue to the rear is spotted to foredge affecting pages slightly.
