Illustrated with a frontispiece, and nineteen plates.

Written by Mrs. Ericsson Hammond, who was the owner of the Swedish, French, American Cooking School.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart, with just a couple of minor marks to the boards and spine. A touch of rubbing to the gilt to the spine. Bookseller's label to the rear pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
