This limited edition work features two of John Bunyan's works of Christian allegory; 'The Pilgrim's Progress' and 'The Life & Death of Mr. Badman' in one volume. 'The Pilgrim's progress' is considered to be one of the most important works of theological fiction, with 'Mr Badman' being intended to be a companion novel, with themes of sin and redemption.
Condition
In the publisher's original marbled cloth. Externally very smart with slight fading to the spine and light bumping to the extremities. Bookplate belonging to a 'John Charles Walsham Reith' to the front pastedown with offsetting to the free endpapers. Internally firmly bound with clean and bright pages.
