Leather Binding, Very Scarce
A new edition. In a full blue morocco binding with gilt lettering, and gilt borders to the paste-downs. With slipcase. This book is a copy of the Deposited Book referred to in the Prayer Book Measure of 1927, as amended in accordance with the provisions of the Prayer Book Measures, 1928. Printed for the 'Society for Promoting Christian Knowledge' in London. With a bookplate to the rear of the front free endpaper.
Condition
In full morocco binding with gilt detail. Externally, excellent with little shelf wear. A few very small marks to the spine and boards. Small mark to the front free endpaper and previous owner's bookplate to the rear of the front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages very bright and clean. The slipcase is a trifle rubbed with shelf wear to the extremities. Taped into a plastic wrapper.
