A collection of fantasy tales surrounding Scottish Keeps and Castles, Including: 'Fair Rosabelle of Rosslyn', 'Tam-A-Line, The Elfin Knight' and 'Escape of Lord Ogilvie'. Written by Elizabeth Wilson Grierson, a Scottish author of over 30 books, best known for her collections of Scottish fairy stories. Grierson also wrote folk tales and ballads, and travel guides to Edinburgh and Florence.

Condition

In the original blue cloth binding. Externally, smart with minor shelf wear to the extremities and the odd mark to the board. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd spot to the extremities.
