Edited by Dorothy L. Sayers (1893-1957) was an English crime writer and poet, who also studied classical and modern languages. She wrote a range of mysteries that were based between the periods of World War One and World War Two.

In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart. A bit of wear to the extremities, as well as the head and tail of spine. Front joint is strained at the top of the board. A bit of age-toning and spotting to the paste downs and endpapers. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout.
