The first edition. In the publisher's original pictorial cloth binding. With beautiful illustrated paste-downs, a frontispiece and twenty-three plates by W. G. Blackall. Collated complete. An interesting book about college history in Cambridge. Including Pembroke College, King's College and Trinity College. With a bookplate for one Cuthbert Juke Taylor to the front blank.

Condition

In the original pictorial cloth binding. Externally, smart with shelf wear to the edges and bumping to the spine. Some fading to the spine and a few light marks to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Bookplate for previous owner to the front blank. Pages very bright and clean with just the odd spot.
