Edited by Eric Partridge, a New Zealand-British lexicographer of English slang. Previously held in the library of Nicholas Wall, an English judge, President of the Family Division and Head of Family Justice for England and Wales.
Condition
Bound in quarter red cloth with paper covered boards. Externally, smart with light rubbing and wear to the extremities. Fading to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd spot and light age toning to the endpapers. Previous owner's bookplate to the rear pastedown.
