Illustrated

Illustrated throughout with numerous plates, several of which are coloured. In 1660 John Bunyan was imprisoned for 12 years in Bedford Gaol. It was here that he wrote The Pilgrim's Progress.

Condition

In a cloth binding. Externally, generally smart, though with some marks and some bumping. Internally, firmly bound. Ink signature to front free-endpaper. Pages are bright and generally clean, with just some instances of foxing.
