New era edition. Printed in the advance stage of Pitman's shorthand. Date from the British Library. The second novel featuring Sherlock Holmes, Holmes claims he needs a problem to solve and is bored; shortly thereafter, Miss Mary Morstan arrives with a case. Written by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, a British writer and physician best known for creating the character Sherlock Holmes.

Condition

In the original blue cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing to the extremities. Fading to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with occasional annotations.
