Set on a White Star ocean liner, 'The Girl on the Boat' follows a group of four people, one women and three men, as they sail for England.
P. G. Wodehouse is an influential and very popular humorist author, best known for the creation of his characters Bertie Wooster and his valet, Jeeves. He was a prolific author, publishing more than ninety books.

Condition
In the original publisher's cloth binding, in the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, generally smart. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Spine is discoloured. Some light marks to the boards and spine. Front hinge is a little strained but remains firm. Edge wear to the dust wrapper, with small chips and closed tears, heavier to the head and tail of the spine. Light age-toning and handling marks to the dust wrapper. Spots to the reverse of the dust wrapper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean with a few scattered spots.
