A very scarce pamphlet, reprinted from the No. 21 issue of "Land & Liberty," June, 1925, in the publisher's original pictorial paper wraps, with a photograph of the author to the front of the wraps.

An address given by Alderman J. R. Firth, the Mayor of Strathfield, Sydney, Australia, in Westminster, London, on 12th May, 1925, regarding land value taxation in New South Wales and Sydney. In this work, Firth argues for the positive impact that land value taxation has had in New South Wales and Sydney, including the prevention of land speculation and the reduction of persons per dwelling.

Condition

In the publisher's original pictorial paper wraps. Externally bright and smart, with a couple of small faint marks to the front of the wrap. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
