Kempthorne of the Royal Army Medical Corps. A very scarce work. Undated, dated through a copy held at the British Library.
Condition
In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally very smart and bright. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean except for the odd spot, and some offsetting to the first and last few pages.
