The official narrative of the 1916 Battle of Jutland, published by the Admirality. The battle fought between Britain's Royal Navy Grand Fleet and the Imperial German Navy's High Seas Fleet was the the only full-scale clash of battleships in the First World War and was the wars larges naval battle. Both sides claimed victory at the time, and interpretations of the battle have been disputed ever since.
Condition
In the publisher's original blue cloth binding with gilt lettering. Externally, generally smart. Lightly rubbed to the boards, with some minor wear at the extremities. A little bumped to the head and tail of the spine. There is a small chip to the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
