1923 The Works of Jane Austen
What Our Customers Say...
Description
Publishers' Original Binding
A complete seven volume set of the works of beloved Regency period novelist Jane Austen.
Rather stained to the spines - but a great candidate for a rebind of choice.
With each volume published in 1923, present here are 'Emma'; 'Mansfield Park'; 'Sense and Sensibility'; 'Persuasion'; 'Pride and Prejudice'; 'Lady Susan and The Watsons', and 'Northanger Abbey'.
An uncommonly early complete set of Martin Secker's 'Adeplhi Edition' of Austen's works.
With contemporary inscriptions, dated 1927, to front free endpapers.
