Cassel was a Swedish economist and professor of economics at Stockholm University who is know for raising the idea of ‘purchasing power parity’.

Condition

In full calf leather binding. Externally, very smart. Some small markings to the boards, chip (?) to the back board of Volume II. Some very light rubbing to the extremities, particularly to the spine of Volume I. Authors name on spine of Volume I slightly faded. Very small ink numbering to front endpaper of Volume I. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean with the occasional pencil mark.
