Alan Leo was an English astrologer and author as well as theosophist. He is often referred to as 'the father of modern astrology.' 

Condition

In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally smart with minor shelf wear only, bumped to head and tail of spine and extremities of boards. Previous owner's initials to front free endpaper, undated. Front hinge slightly strained to title page, boards holding firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean.
