What Our Customers Say...

Description

Decorative Binding, Illustrated

This is a fantastic parody, featuring known and loved Shakespearean characters including MacHamlet, Horatio, Puck, Shylock and Ophelia. It merges the renowned plays 'As You Like It' and 'Hamlet' with the sport of golf, resulting in a hilarious mismatch of genres.

Profusely illustrated throughout  by Sidney Rogerson (1894-1968), an artist and author.

Condition

In the publisher's original quarter cloth binding with paper covered boards. Externally a trifle rubbed, with boards a little worn and discoloured, and a small water stain to the base of the cover. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
