A detailed concise history of Arabia from the earliest knowledge up to the Arabs entrance into the First World War.

Illustrated with a folding map to the rear.

Written by David George Hogarth.

Bookplate of P. M. Holt to the front pastedown. Holt was a historian whose focus was on the Middle East and Sudan.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, generally smart, with small cracks to the joints. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. A few light marks to the boards and spine. Bookplate to the front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean with a few light handling marks. Small closed tear to the edge of the folding map.
