    Signed by the author to the title page.

    'The Veil' is a collection of the beautiful poetry of Walter de la Mare, containing 'The Imp Within', 'The Old Angler', 'The Fairy in Winter', and more.

    De la Mare was an English poet who is probably best remembered today for his children's work.

    Condition

    In a quarter cloth binding with patterned paper to the boards. Externally, smart. Minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Spine label is a little discoloured and faded. Very small crack to the tail of the rear joint. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright with some spots.
