Prize label to the front pastedown, presented to Madeline H. Oppenheimer. Oppenheimer married Patrick Devlin, the British judge and legal philosopher. They married in 1932.

Condition

In a quarter morocco binding with marbled paper to the boards. Externally, smart. A few light marks to the boards and spine. Minor bumping to the extremities. Prize label to the front pastedown. Internally firmly bound. Pages are lightly age-toned and clean.
