Written by Lieutenant Colonel Gordon S. Maxwell, a British soldier, writer, and General Operating Manager of the London Underground. Illustrated by Donald Maxwell, an English writer and illustrator noted for his topographical paintings.

Condition

In the original blue cloth binding. Externally, very smart with light shelf wear and minor rubbing to the extremities. Fading to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd spot. Pencil inscription to the front pastedown.
