This division served in Egypt and on the Suez Canal from 1914 to 1915, moved through the Sinai Peninsula and Romani through 1917, before arriving in Marseilles in March 1917 to serve on the French front with the British Expeditionary Force.

Condition
In the publisher's original paper covered boards. Externally, smart, with some light shelf wear and bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. A few small spots to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Some spotting to the half title page, and the odd spot throughout, otherwise pages are bright and clean.
