    The third edition of this very scarce work, first published in 1910.

    Illustrated with seven colour plates by Mrs. H.C. Barnard, numerous photographic monochrome plates, and a large folding partially coloured map in a pocket to the rear. Collated, complete.

    A fascinating pocket sized guide aimed at twentieth century English tourists adventuring in Malaya.

    With the inscription of H. Goodman to the front free endpaper and title page.

    Condition

    In the publisher's original cloth binding. Bumping to back strip head and tail, with discolouration to back strip and handwritten title to spine. Head of front joint starting, but firmly held. Front hinge reinforced with tape, with rear hinge strained an a touch tender. Inscription to front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Inscription to title page, pages otherwise clean and bright.
