Rand McNally was started with a printing shop in Chicago in 1856 by William Rand, who was joined by Andrew NcNally as a partner two years later; they printed their first map in 1872, and are best known for their maps and transportation works.
Richly illustrated with fantastic photographs of Chicago throughout, as well as a city map at the start of the work.
With advertisements at the beginning and end of the work.
Condition
In the original paper wraps. Externally very smart, with just some slight general wear. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
