Condition
In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally very smart with minor shelf wear, boards and spine bumped to the extremities, lightly rubbed. Alan Thornton's bookplate to the front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are generally bright and clean, with light marginal spotting scattered to the occasional leaf. Illustrated with nine full page coloured plates, and thirty-eight full page plates with numerous figures in black and white, as well as a plan of Luss Hatchery. Collated, complete.
