What Our Customers Say...

Description

Original Binding, Publishers' Original Binding, Very Scarce

Second edition, published the same year as the first. Very scarce. In a large and lofty dining-room, the Everard family collect to hear the reading of the late Mr. Everard's will. While Montague Bunch was left £100 to guard the interests of his late friend's only daughter, the rest of the estate was shockingly left in its entirety to her, Ursula. Written by James Blyth, a prolific British author recognised for his contributions to science fiction in the future war genre.

Condition

In the original red cloth binding. Externally, smart with minor rubbing and light bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine with the odd small mark to the boards. Very small splits in the cloth to the rear joint. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd spot. Age toning to the endpapers. Previous owner's bookplate to the front pastedown.
