The second edition of this work, scarce in all editions. Originally published in 1912. An English-Greek lexicon by G M Edwards, with an extensive introduction concerned with prose and verse vocabulary, notes on the Greek of Herodotus, the dialect of Tragedy, Plato, &c.
In the original publisher's full cloth binding with gilt lettering to spine. Externally smart with light bumping to head and tail of spine and extremities. Internally, binding generally firm. Occasional underlining and note in blue crayon by previous owner, pages otherwise bright and clean.
Delivery & payment
We send all of our books via courier which is a fully tracked and insured service. In our experience we find this to be the most reliable and quickest form of delivery.
