Containing a previous owner's ink inscription to one of the front free-endpapers, dated 1940.

Handsomely bound in half morocco by MacLehose, with their binder's stamp to the verso of the front pastedown. Externally, very smart, with just some light shelf wear and a few marks to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
