As well as the application of the three elements of art and theories surrounding this. Written by Arthur Wesley Dow, an American painter, printmaker, photographer and an arts educator.

Condition

In the original quarter cloth binding with card boards. Externally, sound with rubbing and light bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine with the odd mark to the boards. Minor loss to the head and tail of the spine. Hinges tender with endpapers loosening. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with age toning to the endpapers.
