    Description

    First Edition, Leather Binding, Very Scarce

    In the original French.

    The first edition of this very scarce mathematical study, arranged in four parts and featuring numerous mathematical equations throughout.

    With a library bookplate to the front pastedown, with a Unv. College Bangor stamp to the head of the title page, and an ink notation to the verso of the title.

    Condition

    In a half morocco binding, with cloth covered boards. Lacking significant portions of leather to back strip head and tail. Fading to board perimeters. Joints starting to heads and tails, with boards holding firm. Library bookplate to front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. Library stamp to title page head. Pages age toned due to paper type, but otherwise generally clean.
