First edition of Ayreshire Idylls by Neil Munro in the original publisher's cloth binding. 

A lovely book of topography of this area of South-West Scotland, describing the picturesque scenery. 

Neil Munro was a Scottish journalist and author. 

Illustrated with twenty colour plates and illustrations throughout the text by George Houston, Scottish artist. Collated, complete.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. There is some minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. The hinges are slightly strained but firm. Internally, generally firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean with occasional spotting.
