Early Edition, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper
Three works by Rudyard Kipling in the original publisher's cloth bindings and unclipped dust wrappers.
Published as part of Macmillan's Pocket Kipling Series.
Includes the following works: The Day's Work (1912), Songs from Books (1915) and ‘Captain’s Courageous’ A Story of the Grand Banks (1918).
A lovely collection of pocket sized early edition novels, songs and collections of short stories.
With decorative red and black title pages.
Condition
In the original publisher's cloth binding and unclipped dust wrappers. Externally, very smart. There is some wear to the extremities of the dust wrappers resulting in some loss and some small tears, particularly to the heads and tails of the spines. Prior owner's colour markings to the rear board of the dust wrapper of 'The Day's Work'. To the binding, there is some minor bumping to the heads and tails of the spines and to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean.
