The poetical works of William Wordsworth, an English Romantic poet who helped to launch the Romantic Age in English literature alongside Samuel Taylor Coleridge. With an introduction and notes. Edited by Thomas Hutchinson, a British literary editor and scholar. With the bookplate of William Alfred Westropp Foyle, a British bookseller and businessman who co-founded Foyles bookshop in 1903 with his brother Gilbert Foyle. Previously held in the library of Christopher Foyle, a British philanthropist and chairman of the famous Foyle's Bookshop in London. Bound by Hugh Rees Ltd., London.

Condition

Bound in full tree calf. Externally, very smart with minor wear to the extremities and light fading to the spine. The odd small mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout. Previous owner's bookplate to the front pastedown. Bound by Hugh Rees Ltd., London.
