Edited by Dr. Andrew Wilson with the assistance of a staff of experts. Richly illustrated with portraits of the author to frontispiece of each volume with golden and green frames, fully working colour folding human body models to the pastedowns of vols. I and II, front pastedown of vol. III, fourteen full page colour plates, forty black and white full page photographic plates, and diagrams and woodcuts in text. Collated, complete. 

This particular set is housed in an extremely charming custom-made bamboo box, layered internally with felt textile material protective of the volumes, with display glass for the spines of the set. An excellent example of this work.
