    Illustrated, Leather Binding, Very Scarce

    A very scarce article, initially 'addressed to the Society in the Geographical Hall, on Tuesday, October 25th, 1910'.

    Illustrated with four photographic images on two plates. 

    Flinn discusses the general geographical characteristics of Persia, his journey from Russia to Persia, and the history of the region from the Rustem Pasha onwards.

    With the bookplates of Walter Flinn and F. Diba to the front pastedown. Diba published a bibliography of Persia in 1981.

    An eight page article, bound in half morocco, and with thirty-two blank pages to the rear.

    Condition

    In a half morocco binding, with cloth covered boards. Rubbing to back strip head and tail, otherwise externally excellent. Bookplates to front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright.
