The scarce first edition of this work. Containing consecutive leaflets nos. 101-200, bound together in stiff boards, from the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries (now known as the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food), each with unique pagination.
These leaflets deal with a miscellany of topics concerning agriculture and farming, including dairy, diseases and insect pests, management of poultry and bees, and much more.
With numerous illustrations in black and white.
Condition
In the original publisher's quarter cloth binding with paper covered boards. Externally smart with shelf wear, minor bumping to head and tail of spine and extremities of boards. Internally, firmly bound. Light spotting to first and last few leaves, pages otherwise bright and clean.
