This volume explores the history of New England Whaling from the Seventeenth century up to the 1900s. 

With nine plates and a frontispiece. 
Collated, complete. 

With four pages of publisher adverts to the rear.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart with some fading to the spine and bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
