With sixty-three illustrations and seven folding colour maps and diagrams to volume I, and ninety-nine illustrations and three folding colour maps and diagrams to volume II. Collated, complete.

With the inscription 'Agrell' to each front free endpaper.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth binding. Bumping to spine head and tail, with slight discolouration and further rubbing to back strips. Inscriptions to front pastedowns. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright, with spotting and areas of foxing throughout.
