This book is an account of wild life and sport in north-west Hampshire, a district of large woods and clean streams and downs. The book explores the woodland, birds and their voyages, the estuaries and insects of the wildlife of Hampshire. 

With two colour plates and four photogravure plates and eight plates from photographs. 
Collated, complete.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart with some light marks to the boards and light bumping to the head and tail of the spine. A bookplate for Michael Matantos to the front pastedown. Internally firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
