    Description

    Rebound

    Dating between November 25, 1908 and July 27, 1909. 14 Catalogues in all. Including an auction of Engravings of the Early English School, Fine Engravings in Colour After George Morland with etchings by J. M. Whistler. Annotated extensively in ink throughout, possibly by auction house or a collector at a record of the auctions and with prices realised to blank margins. With further annotations, possibly relating to specific artists or engravings to pastedowns. Numbers in crayon to some pages, possibly for pagination purposes.

    Condition

    Bound in paper wraps with title in ink to front and with date to spine. Externally, sound but with some edgewear, rubbing and handling marks. Internally, firmly bound. Bright and generally clean throughout with only the odd spot and handling marks to text block edges.
