    First edition, second impression. Illustrated with numerous monochrome photographs.

    Condition

    In a green cloth binding. Externally, sound, though with dampstaining to the boards, and bumping to the spine. Internally, generally firmly bound although strained in places. Ink stamps to front pastedown and front free-endpaper. Hinges are strained. Pages are bright and generally clean, with just a few instances of foxing, and some ink stamps.
