    Description

    Illustrated, Original Binding

    With an engraving to frontispiece from a sketch by A. H. Hallam Murray, etched by Manesse. A reprint of the eighteenth edition. Providing a narrative of what occurred to the author in Spain where he had travelled with the Bible Society.

    Condition

    In a cloth binding. Externally, sound but with slight wear to extremities, marginal fading including to spine, rubbing and slight marks to boards. Front hinge strained with front free endpaper detached, frontispiece and title starting. Internally, text block firmly bound. Bright but with occasional scattered spotting, in particular to text block edge, the odd handling mark and slight foxing to endpapers.
