Condition
In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. Spine is slightly discoloured. Some minor marks to the boards and spine. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Bookseller's label to the front pastedown. Prior owner's ink inscription to the recto to the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean with some spots. Plate facing page 122 is detached but present. Pages 156-157 and 224-225 are age-toned due to the newspaper clippings.
