Condition
In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally smart with minor shelf wear and bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. Ownership inscription to the front free endpaper, undated. Internally, the binding is tender, pp. vii-x loose but present. Light spotting to the odd leaf, otherwise the pages are generally bright and clean throughout. Pictured with striking full page coloured plates by Amédée Forestier.
