Robert P. Skinner was an American diplomat and publisher who served in foreign services in France, Germany, the U.K. and numerous countries in Africa.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, sound, with some shelf wear to the boards and bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. Fading to the spine and extremities, and a few small stains to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. A few spots and handling marks to the pages, which are otherwise bright and clean.
